Bringing eight years of diverse interior design and décor experience across pre-construction developments and luxury residential projects. My background includes extensive work with builders on high-rise, mid-rise, and low-rise communities, where I’ve contributed to the design and execution of model homes, sales offices, and presentation centers.

In addition to design, I have hands-on experience supporting interior design–driven marketing material for real estate sales environments—creating visuals, concepts, and selections that support a builder’s brand and enhance the buyer experience. I have also worked within builder décor studios, assisting purchasers through design selections and upselling interior finishes, ensuring that every choice supports both functionality and market appeal.

My experience in presentations, material and finish selection, furniture sourcing, and procurement accounting has provided me with a strong, versatile foundation in project management and on-site execution.
